Located in Pesaro, this is a beautiful Art Nouveau period villa, finely furnished, immersed in the beauty of the Marche hills, a panoramic and strategic position both for visiting the surrounding cities and for reaching the coastal beaches in a short time. The structure is embellished with a large area with a swimming pool complete with all comforts and for those who do not want to give up physical fitness there is also an area dedicated to sports with a gym and sauna (for a fee). Availability of 2 double bedrooms, one suite with private bathroom, and a bedroom with French bed completely furnished in Art Nouveau style. There is a large kitchen complete with appliances with a large oval table, a charming living room with fireplace, with attention to detail and furnished with the utmost care, equipped with sofas, flat screen TV and hi-fi system. Ducted air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi also in the outdoor areas. We rent the first floor of the villa, on the lower floor there is the caretaker who takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the villa, THE POOL AREA AND THE BARBECUE AREA ARE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GUESTS.

Rimarrete incantanti dalla bellezza di Pesaro, città ricca di palazzi settecenteschi, musei, chiese, e biblioteche ma anche di vie eleganti, ricche di negozi, e di piccole botteghe artigianali dove ammirare capolavori interamente fatti a mano. A dominare la città, costruita da Costanzo Sforza nella seconda metà del Quattrocento, è Rocca Costanza, una fortificazione militare, ora sede estiva di eventi culturali, mostre ed esposizioni. Pesaro è soprattutto conosciuta per le manifestazioni di fama internazionale, uno dei più importanti festival musicali del panorama europeo: il Rossini Opera Festival, il festival che ogni anno ad agosto porta in scena i capolavori di Gioachino Rossini con cantanti e artisti di fama internazionale. Ha ricevuto il titolo di Città Europea dello Sport per le varie manifestazioni a livello internazionale, Città della Bicicletta, per via della vasta rete di piste ciclabili estesa sul suo territorio e il riconoscimento di Bandiera Blu per la qualità dell’acqua del mare, bellissime anche le lunghe spiagge sabbiose, ricche di stabilimenti balneari.
