The apartment is a beautifully newly refurbished and modernised property, located on a mezzanine floor (not ground and not first floor). It comprises of an open plan kitchen with all the amenities necessary, a spacious and light living room with a large sofa bed, shower room, two spacious bedrooms of which one has a super king size bed, and the other two single beds.
I used to live in Cave and now based in England with my two grown up children. We love skiing and walking in the mountains and enjoy nature. I grew up with people around me having had a very entrepreneurial grand mother with a hotel and guest houses in the area. I am delighted to share my village and the surrounding area with people from all over the world whom appreciate the quiet and health lifestyle.
Cave is a small village steeped in history with influences from Austria and Slovenia. Located in a beautiful tranquil area of the northern part of east side of Italy. Surrounded by the beautiful alps and has a beautiful lake called Raibl. There are many lakes in the area near Cave and there are many possibilities to discover the mountains on foot or on bike. In the summer you can discover the area by bike on routes allocated specifically for cyclists and in winter the main sport is skiing with various ski slopes accessible locally or in nearby Austria and Slovenja. At approximately 20 minutes from Cave, in Pontebba, there is also a large ice skating ring. The area benefit from a diverse style and taste of food, from influences from the surrounding countries and as far as Hungary.
