The property is spread over two floors and features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and five bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and a ping pong table. Outside, you will find a private pool, garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The pool (depth from 1 m to 1.40 m) is open from mid-June to early September. The villa is close to the beach and about a 15-minute walk from a tennis court. Just 10 km from Fano and about an hour’s drive from Sirolo, you can enjoy beautiful coastal views and visit charming towns. Explore the beaches of Fano or the Conero National Park near Sirolo, ideal for hiking and breathtaking scenery. Nearby, on request and for an extra charge, a tennis court and horse riding are available. The property provides five parking spaces. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are prohibited. The house offers storage for motorbikes and bicycles, recycling guidelines, and energy-saving lighting. Part of the electricity comes from solar panels. The house must be left in the same condition as found. In case of damage or serious issues, additional cleaning fees may apply.
