In puglia, nel salento , nella bellissima localita di torre lapillo , affittasi stupenda villa con pineta e gazebo ,dotata di tutti i confort ideale per chi ama stare a pochi passi dal centro città ed al tempo stesso essere vicino al mare. La villa è situata nell’area marina protetta di Porto Cesareo, tra spiagge incantevoli e mare cristallino di straordinaria bellezza, ubicata a poche decine di metri dai più rinomati stabilimenti balneari della costa ionica salentina,tra i quali "LIDO MAX", " BAIA DEL SOL" ecc . Vicinissima anche alle spiagge libere situate ai lati degli stabilimenti balneari. Si trova al centro della baia grande di torre lapillo. A circa 300 metri da casa ci sono i negozi dei beni di prima necessità, alimentari, macellerie, panificio, bar, edicola, farmacia, bancomat, pescherie, ecc... Nel prezzo sono inclusi i consumi di acqua,gas,energia elettrica.
