Situated in Costa Paradiso village, Villetta Flora can hold up to 6 people and is part of a resort of villas that share a beautiful light blue swimming pool. The house has air conditioning and it’s composed of a living room with equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed; a double bedroom; a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with toilet, shower and a washing machine. The covered veranda is great for meals outside with a view over the garden. A barbecue and private parking are also available. There is a bar and two restaurants 100 m from the house. Costa Paradiso is equipped with full services: supermarket, bar, fish shop, restaurants, boutiques and more. Seasonal pool opening: May 15th to October 15th Rules: - MANDATORY MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX EUR 2.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL. THE PRICE OF THE ACCOMMODATION ON BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH. - Bedsheets and towels can be rented on request for EUR 20 per person to pay at the check-in. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival. - During their stay, guests will have to carry out separate waste collection by correctly separating waste. Any remaining rubbish must be disposed of before departure via the nearest recycling centers. We ask our guests kindly before departure to leave the house tidy as found, the kitchen and crockery clean and the fridge empty. Failure to comply with the rules will result in a penalty that will be withheld from the security deposit. - One small size dog only is allowed on request, not other animals. Costa Paradiso is a tourist village situated in northern Sardinia characterized by a picturesque rocky landscape and turquoise sea. The village’s main beach, “Li Cossi”, is reachable from the port by a lovely walk of 10 minutes. For those that prefer cliffs, there are two bays 3 km away from the house: “Le Sorgenti” and “Le Baiette”, comfortably reachable by car. Costa Paradiso is equipped with full service: supermarket, bar, fish shop, restaurants, boutiques and more. You can play sports activities like five-a-side football, tennis and swim. At night you can enjoy yourself at the disco bar. It is recommended to have your own car or to rent one in order to move inside the village and to leave to go to the nearest beaches.
