Overlooking the Gulf of Follonica, Villino Gelli is a historic residence dating back to the early 1900s, handed down from generation to generation. Once a simple seaside retreat, it is now an elegant, recently renovated villino, combining authentic charm, designer furniture and modern comforts. Spread over two floors, the Villino offers spacious and light-filled rooms. The private garden, with an outdoor shower, is ideal for relaxing outdoors after a day at the sea. The cosy living room and the modern, well-equipped kitchen also make the house perfect for longer stays. On the first floor, two elegant bedrooms offer maximum comfort and direct access to the panoramic terrace, where you can admire the sea from the moment you wake up. Outside, a cosy veranda invites you to long dinners in the open air, immersed in the peace and beauty of the landscape. The house is located on the seafront of Follonica: just open the gate... and you are already at the sea. There is a public beach right in front of the house: no steps to take, no roads to cross - just open the gate and you're on the sand. We are right in the centre, with everything on your doorstep: restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy, and the pine forest for a break in the shade. In the evening the area comes alive with promenades, lights, music and the smell of the sea: perfect for those who want to experience Follonica in an authentic way, between the sea and the city, without giving up comfort.

Hello! I am Francesca, and I am happy to welcome you to my family home. It is a mansion from the early 1900s: it was once a simple wooden shack near the sea. Over time, it became the cottage you see today. I grew up here with my father, uncle and grandmother - it is a place full of memories and affection. I recently started this adventure in hospitality, with the desire to share this corner of Maremma with those who seek simplicity, nature and authenticity.
