This multi-level house is part of the prestigious Octagon residential complex, near Cagliari-Elmas airport, a strategic area for quickly reaching the center of Cagliari and perfectly connected to reach the beaches of southern Sardinia. The villa is finished with quality materials and consists of a living room, kitchen, service bathroom and small courtyard with BBQ and outdoor dining table on the ground floor. Upstairs are the bathroom with shower and the 3 bedrooms. The whole house is fully air-conditioned and wi-fi reaches all rooms. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarantee.
