MarteNik: modern, bright, and functional, designed to offer comfort and style in every detail, ideal for couples or solo travelers. Located in a contemporary complex, surrounded by the greenery of the Naviglio della Martesana, with a small terrace offering a view. Within 100 meters, you'll find all essential services (Pharmacy, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarket). At MarteNik, towels and bed linens are provided and included in the price. Guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi internet, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils (there is a well-known supermarket just downstairs), washing machine, and more. Two metro stations—MM2 Cologno Sud and MM2 Vimodrone—are just a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for reaching Milan city center, San Raffaele Hospital, and Linate Airport.

The Viale Martesana neighborhood in Vimodrone is a peaceful residential area surrounded by greenery. Along the Naviglio Martesana, there is a beautiful cycling and pedestrian path, perfect for outdoor walks and all kinds of sports. Just a few steps away, you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and all essential services, as well as several public parks and playgrounds for children. There are two nearby metro stations: MM2 Cologno Sud and MM2 Vimodrone (a 5-minute walk). The proximity to San Raffaele Hospital, university hubs, and Linate Airport (reachable in about 15 minutes by car) makes this area a strategic location for both short and extended stays.
