Comfortable, bright and with a beautiful balcony, our apartments are located on the fourth floor of a prestigious, safe and quiet building in a residential area, a strategic position to visit Cagliari and its surroundings. Main services are always near the apartment including: supermarket, coffee, gym, ATM, pizzeria and restaurant. We personally design and take care of the property to let you relax and fully enjoy your holiday. You will get a fast fiber wifi connection, air conditioning and heating unit and a perfectly equipped kitchenette. Sheets, towels and basic consumables are included. We also offer free bicycle rental: the bicycle path that connect poetto beach to historical district is just at 300 meters from the apartment! All the properties are in a condo with concierge and night security guardian.
