On your arrival you will find a 'rustic' veranda where you can relax, gazing at a glimpse of the Sibillini mountains during the day and a sky full of stars in the evening, with a sofa (bed) and armchairs oriented to enjoy the view. The living room, which is the heart of the flat, is very spacious, completely renovated and bright, with two sofa beds in the middle that can be used in case of need or to enjoy an evening in front of the 34'' smart TV. There is also a very large extendable wooden table where you can enjoy meals with family or friends. There is also a spacious desk where you can work in smart working. The modern and very large kitchen is equipped with every accessory and all the latest appliances such as dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, etc.. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the second floor in the sleeping area complete with all sanitary fittings and a large glazed shower cubicle. The second service bathroom is on the ground floor also equipped with a functioning and usable washing machine. Each room is equipped with all comforts. The double bedroom is equipped with a memory foam mattress (top of the range) and latex pillows. The other bedroom is equipped with single beds, bunk beds, in viscoelastic with latex pillows. The bathroom in the rooms is complete with all amenities from sanitary & big shower box. The gem of the villa is the tranquility and total immersion in the green of the charming Sibillini mountains, where you can spend relaxing days with family or friends.

Hello, I am Antonella Amici, the owner of Villa Amici. I am a mother of a family with two children and two grandchildren. I have been a teacher for almost 40 years, now close to retirement, and I decided to start this experience with Airbnb by renting our house in the countryside under the Sibillini mountains. The check-in and check-out are automatic but for any need you can find my contact details in the house. The village where the house is located is in the heart of Sibillini mountains, 10 minutes by car from the town of Comunanza, where you can find shops, bars, ATMs, restaurants, etc. 5 minutes from Lake Gerosa, an artificial dam on the edge of the Sibillini Mountains National Park with fantastic views in all seasons, right under the mountains. The house is a 45-minute drive from the sea at Pedaso and from the motorway (A14). 30 minutes from Ascoli Piceno and 15 minutes from the Sibillini mountains, allowing easy access to the various trekking routes in the area. 50 minutes away is Sassotetto and the ski resort, excellent for having fun during the first snowfalls.
