Heating/Airconditioning The apartment uses a centralized heating and cooling system: · from 16 April to 14 October the system operates in cooling mode (A/C) · from 15 October to 15 April the system operates in heating mode Heating is provided through an underfloor heating system. Air conditioning is provided through fan coil units. According to Italian regulations and condominium rules: · the standard air conditioning set temperature is 24°C · the standard heating set temperature is 20°C For security reasons the apartment does not include neither an iron nor a ironing board
