Warrest is a structure of the company RGF s.a.s.. Having provided automated access, you will not normally find a physical person to welcome you. But if you need it, you will have at your disposal an operator through chat or phone, or a physical person who in real time can try to help you and better meet your needs.

The Warrest residence in via Marco Aurelio 8 was created to meet the needs of rest and relaxation for business travelers. In a noisy city like Milan, you will find an oasis of peace and tranquility, where you can also relax thanks to a small room set up with sauna, color therapy and aromatherapy. We have set up 5 independent little apartments with very comfortable beds, measuring 2 meters, possibility to choose the pillow according to your needs. 4 of the 5 studio flats have a kitchen, all have a large bathroom with bidet. In addition, each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, fast Internet (fiber optic), coffee machine with capsules. The apartments are accessed by self check-in. By sending a document and payment even a few hours before arriving, you receive a personal code with which to access the facility and your accommodation. A video surveillance camera system allows us to verify the identity of guests upon arrival. No document or video is stored or archived beyond the stay of the guests. By booking, you accept the conditions for the processing of this data for the purposes and obligations of the law. Please pay attention: we are not a hotel, so some services such as reception or daily change of linen are not provided (by law).

The studios are located 100 m from the Pasteur metro station (red metro). The district in NOrd di LOreto, called precisely NOLO, is a rapidly growing area, with many buildings undergoing redevelopment. It is served by means of transport, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies and so on. There are several restaurants, with both Italian and ethnic cuisine, and bars. In a few minutes you can reach the Duomo, or any other area of the city. IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR, REMEMBER THAT THERE IS A MARKET IN VIA MARCO AURELIO ON FRIDAYS. DO NOT PARK ON THIS STREET ON A THURSDAY NIGHT, OTHERWISE THEY WILL REMOVE YOUR CAR WITH THE TOW TRUCK.
