Welcome to Limone Al Mare, a freshly renovated and stylish one-bedroom apartment just five minutes on foot from Albenga’s sandy beach and charming historic center. It features a bright double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a cleverly integrated Murphy bed in the living area — a fold-away wall bed with a real mattress, offering full comfort without occupying space during the day. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a modern kitchenette with everything you need for your stay. A small balcony overlooking a quiet street invites you to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, and the seafront promenade all within easy walking distance. Free public parking is always available nearby, either on the street or in open lots — a real plus in summer. On a sunny summer day in a quaint seaside town on the Ligurian coast, we discovered a slice of paradise that we called Limone Al Mare. This became our family retreat and an oasis of relaxation and beauty that we decided to share with others. Some guidelines and tips for your reference: Please use water wisely, avoiding unnecessary waste. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, available in every area of the house, including the two bedrooms and the living room. Remember to turn it off when not in use or when opening windows. Let's do our part for the environment by correctly separating and disposing of waste. Upon your arrival, you'll receive the keys for waste disposal. In case of loss, it will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, as smoke detectors are installed for your safety. Due to allergies, no pets are allowed. Please respect your neighbors by refraining from hosting parties and events or playing loud music. According to Italian law, minors (even if possessing identification documents) cannot stay in accommodation facilities unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Upon your arrival, we will request a copy of the identification document from all guests staying in the house, including infants, to fulfill legal requirements and communicate effectively with the relevant authorities. From April 1st to October 31st, the Municipality of Albenga imposes a tourist fee per person per day for guests aged 12 and above, up to a maximum of 5 days. We will collect this on-site.

Please note That Facade renovation work began this week on a neighboring building. However, construction will be paused during the August holiday period. The apartment remains clean, quiet, and fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Albenga, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the historic old town, and 8 minutes from the train station. The neighborhood offers everything you need — cafés, bakeries, small shops — all within walking distance, while still keeping a relaxed, local vibe even in the busy summer months.
