Dimora Di Mare is an exclusive recently renovated stone and tuff house of Polignano a Mare. The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people, and is equipped with 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen with dining table, and a large private panoramic terrace with a heated mini-pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy, solarium area. In the house there is Wi-Fi internet with fiber and air conditioning in every room. Dimora Di Mare is accessed from a quaint alley adjacent to the central square of the downtown of Polignano a Mare, which the terrace of the house overlooks. A stone staircase leads to the first floor of the building where there is a small entrance and the 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, minibar, safe, desk, air conditioning and bathroom with shower. From the entrance it is possible to reach the second floor by a stone staircase. On this floor there is a kitchen equipped with sink, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, dining table with chairs and air conditioning. A stone staircase leads to the large private panoramic terrace. On the terrace there is a comfortable heated mini-pool equipped with hydromassage and chromotherapy, a solarium area with sun loungers, a sitting area and a table with outdoor chairs. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Self-checkin procedure: the access code is provided upon sending a selfie/video on-site. Any incomplete procedure incurs a 50EUR fee. Guests are required to follow separate waste collecting rules, subject to a 50EUR penalty. This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate. We inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
