Our property is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to experience real Jamaican life, away from the typical resorts and tourist conventions, but still in a comfortable and safe environment. The house is not directly on the main road; tIt is located behind another property which is an hotel with a bar and restaurant. You will need to walk through this area to reach our place. Just outside the property there is a small bar called “The Patty Shop”. If you arrive there, simply ask the staff to call us and we will come to meet you. The house is spacious, well organized, and equipped with all modern comforts. The garden overlooks the Morass, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, especially at night. We are located on the beach road and very close to the beach. Not being directly on the beach actually guarantees a quieter and safer stay. We are also close to downtown for shopping, as well as to the best bars, restaurants, and nightlife that Negril has to offer. The property consists of a large house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a big veranda. You can rent the entire house or just one room, with or without kitchen access. And a second unit with separate entrance, featuring a bedroom with a private bathroom, veranda with a kitchenette.

About the host, uhmm .. what to say. I am Italian, my husband is jamaican and we have a beautiful daughter. Our property is a family yard. We live in the property in a separate house. We have a very friendly dog. As I have already mention, this is a family place, where my husband and I and my husband's family live. During the day, you may hear some lively family life. At night, however, the place is very quiet and peaceful. I am always available to assist you in case you have problems or you need suggestions of what to do or where to go. I am more than welcome to help you.

We are located behind Sunrise Club Hotel, Bar and Restaurant, closed to Time Square Shopping Centre and next to the Bar B Barn Village that you can find some local shops. We are closed to Legend Hotel and Kuyaba. 10 minutes by walk to The Jungle discotheque and Woodstock Beach Bar/Restaurant. 10 minutes by car from Cool Running Water Park and The Pimento Jerk Centre. We are 10 minutes walk from down-town Negril where you can find Supermarkets, ATM, Burger King and Pharmacies, And of course just in front the the Famous Seven Miles Beach where you can find bars, Restaurant, beach chairs and all the water sports activities.
