“옛날 단독주택에서의 추억을 떠올리게 하는 가정집 스타일. 3개의 침실과 3개의 큰 침대, 2개의 작은 침대가 있다. 더불어 2층으로 구성되어 공용공간과 개인공간이 구분되는 점에서 단체 혹은 가족이 묵기에 참 좋다. 니가타 관광 순환버스 정류장도 근처에 있고 마트 역할이 가능한 편의점이나 드럭스토어가 근처라 은근 접근성도 좋은 편. 가성비가 매우 좋다고 생각한다.”
