６年前にゲストハウス用に新築した一軒家です。空調にはこだわって立てています。冬は特に暖かいです。２０２０年１０月に家主同居型民泊としてリニューアルしました。オープン記念サービスでバスタオル・フェイスタオルを初回レンタル代無料で提供させていただいています。
ここは一軒家ということもあり、ゲストのお客様には、ご自分の家にいるようにくつろいで過ごしていただきたいと思っています。そこで気になる点などありましたら、お気軽にお聞かせいただけないでしょうか。施設設備上の限界もありますが、心地よく滞在いただけるように、改善していきたいと思います。 　個人的には絵を描くことが趣味で英語にも興味を持っています。気まぐれで不定期ですが、食事提供もできます。お気軽にお問い合わせください。
この建物のあるエリアは大通すすきの地区に次ぐ古くから栄えた飲食街商店街です。レストラン飲食系統はもちろん多種の商店街と大型スーパー、区役所、警察、消防署、レンタカー、銀行、郵便局、地下鉄などすべてが徒歩圏にあります。 　交通の便もよく地下鉄利用で、札幌駅や大通迄１０分ほどで行けます。新千歳空港まで直行リムジンで６５分程度。空港からは終点駅です。北海道の各地に向かう丘珠飛行場へは地下鉄とバス乗り継ぎで所用時間２０程度。小樽観光にも高速バス、バス停が近く気軽に行けます。 観光スポットとしては北海道がお勧めです。
