“房東提供的入住指令很清楚，回復BOOKING的留言速度很快住宅附近臨近地鐵、超市(兩者共構)與往返新千歲機場巴士站設備應有盡有，也有提供洗衣機與洗衣液，不過沒有烘乾機如果遇到問題反應後也會積極解決! 本次入住遇到電熱水壺故障，聯繫房東後也是很積極的解決；最後直接換一個新的放在門把手上(自己要求說為避免爭議所以不同意進房間內，最終房東提供放在門把手上的解決方案)；在過程中感覺出是很積極想要解決問題!”
