Hello, everybody thankyou for considering this house.　The house is simple and reasonable room.　Near the CHIBA university, many students stay long. There is a space accommodate up to 3 people and there are also daily necessities. 8M8 room：There is 1 set of futons. Please to be laid out on the floor for your use. The best room for accommodate between friends.　The surrounding of the room are beautiful and close the small park for morning and evening walking.　there are various restaurants within 11 minutes of walking there are supermarket in the neighbourhood. There is 1 parking area on the 1st floor of the building. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Large cars are not allowed to park in the parking lot. This is an old building. Please do not make reservations if you are hypersensitive. ＊No elevator
