We have been operating multiple unmanned accommodation facilities since 2015. We currently manage approximately 400 rooms. Our headquarters are in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, with bases in Okinawa and Hokkaido. Our customer support and cleaning teams consist of approximately 80 staff members, mostly Japanese. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, nicely separated from the busy downtown. It’s perfect for families who want to enjoy sightseeing in Susukino but prefer a calm and peaceful place to rest at night. It’s also ideal for those concerned about safety. ■Accommodation -The room was newly built in June 2024 and well-maintained! -The room size is approximately 30 square meters. - The entrance is auto-locked, so you can rest without safety-concerns as only registered guests can enter. - Please take off your shoes before entering the room. Since you can relax with your shoes off, it is also recommended for traveling with small children. - Fully equipped with air conditioning for summer and heating facilities for winter. This room can accommodate up to three people and is located within a 10-minute drive of Susukino and Odori Park, a popular tourist destination in Hokkaido. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area, just a short distance from the downtown area, making it a safe and secure location for families who want to explore Susukino but also want to relax at night, as well as those concerned about safety. A convenience store, 24-hour supermarket, and coin parking are located within a 3-minute walk. Coin parking fees are cheaper than those in the Susukino area (2,000-2,500 yen per day), with daily parking fees of up to 700-900 yen. It's also recommended as a base for sightseeing in Sapporo by car. About a 5-minute drive away, you'll find the large supermarket "ARCS," which is open until midnight, and the extremely popular conveyor-belt sushi restaurant, Toriton Toyohira. There are also many other attractive restaurants, including Japanese, Chinese, sushi, and ramen (miso and soy sauce).
