This accommodation is completely self check-in/out. You may chat with an operator from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. During all other times, please contact us by phone. * Free on-site parking is not available. If you are arriving by car, please use one of the nearby paid parking lots. * As our property does not have a front desk, we are unable to store luggage before check-in. We recommend using the coin lockers at **JR Sapporo Station**. * Towels are not replaced during your stay. If you wish to reuse them, please use the washing machine provided in your room. (Laundry detergent is provided.) * Seasonings are not provided in the room, but they are available for rent upon request.
