This hostel is really brand-new! The second floor is for owner's family, the first floor is a guesthouse area. The theme of interior is a cat. There are two cats on the second floor. if you like cats, it would be very suitable for you.

I had lived in California for 1 year. So I can communicate with you in English. I can help you planning your sightseeing in Niigata, even before your stay through email.

Niigata University Ikarashi Campus is a 6-minute walk. There are a lot of apartments for students around here, but very tranquil. 100 yen shop, convenience store, izakaya, ramen shop and gyu-don shop are located within 3-minute walk. This hostel is in a really convenient area, but the behind of this hostel, vegetable field is spread out, and sometimes you can see the ocean. Sand beach is a 15-minute walk!
