Conversations that linger endlessly in front of the fire. Hiire is a private villa where fire brings out the essence of each ingredient. Source local ingredients from Izu yourself, and slowly cook them over a lava-stone irori — a stay we call a “self auberge.” Hiire OMURO is a शांत and grounded villa, with a direct view of Mt. Omuro.
We are life developers, shaping experiences from the smallest unit of living. The Japanese green pigeon lives in the mountains, yet flies in flocks to the coast to drink seawater. Along these journeys, they scatter seeds, quietly supporting the next cycle of growth.
