We came to dive in this beautifulk place.It is an exceptional hotel with an extraordinary staff They waited for us athough we we landed late in Tokyo. Though we were lucky to enjoy the shef's breakfast only, it was an exceptional experience! The rooms are spacial, the springs in the place are well organized, just the deepest recommendations from our side. Good places to eat outside, and even without a transfer a good place to to render about, nice views and close to the craters of the voulcanes and to the zoo that is a dream of every child!

This resort was absolutely wonderful. Ryokan type experience but in a western style environment with hardwood floors in the rooms. The staff are so warm and kind and go above and beyond to provide amazing service. Huge room with outdoor open air bath overlooking the ocean, bed was super firm with great pillows, and there was a huge smart TV which was a welcome break from 5 Japanese TV channels at other hotels. The food served at dinner and breakfast was a real highlight...each dish was amazing made with local ingredients, presented like works of art. Coming here was the most memorable part of our entire Japan trip.

The property was beautiful ! It had its own unique feeling, picturesque and serene. Excellent view from the rooms and so very quiet. Simply perfect. The staff were so kind and helpful. Loved my stay here and the onsen was great, I could truly find peace and enjoy my rest here and the sky was gorgeous since there wasn’t much light pollution. Quite good for stargazing. Location is great, very close to a bus station.

We had top floor with outdoor bath which we enjoyed with town and ocean view.. bkfst Buffett had western and asian food, dinner as well. The best part is alcohol was included and they had wide variety of drinks..my husband loved the asahi dark Munich draft which u do ur self ..wines sake beer some other hard liquor too .there is a lounge that has drinks including draft beer highball wine during certain times complimentary . The staff was above and beyond warm welcoming helpful.
