“受付時、駐車場も予約していたつもりだったのにうまくできておらず少し困ったが、駐車場が満杯ではなかったこともあり、追加で迅速丁寧に対応してくれてとても助かった。応対が温かくて、ほっこりした。 フリードリンクサービスがあって、チェックイン後アルコールまで飲めて、町を見ながらゆっくりできた。 夕食に鰻を食べたかったのだが、浜松駅の中にあるか尋ねたところ、近くのおいしい店を快く紹介してくれた。 午前５時ごろ部屋の鍵を部屋に閉じ込めてしまって受付に相談したところ、こんなに早朝だったにもかかわら...”

“ラウンジがとてもゆったりしていて、朝食ものんびり頂けました。また、スタッフの方々の対応がとても気持ちよく、少し早めに到着してしまったにも関わらず、快くラウンジで休ませてもらえたりと、長時間移動で疲れていたので、本当に助かりました。駐車場も平面で広くて、ストレスなく停めることができました。”
