“1. 住家旁邊就有空地可以停車，搬行李很方便，但如果是開大車(alphard)的人會不太好停車，前方巷弄窄加上有牆柱，需要一點技巧來回移停車。 2. 附近都是住家，晚上很寧靜，最近的超商需要開車到最外面的主幹道商店街，比較適合自駕的旅客。 3. 屋內都是花主題的點綴佈置，還算溫馨，但房間空間偏狹小，較少地方可以攤開行李箱，只有玄關有空間。 4. 每個床頭都有充電座很棒。”
