It was so clean! All of the amenities were so great! The 8 different private onsens are amazing, but a bit too small for more than 3 people. The public bath is really clean, the water is pristine.

Friendly staff who speaks fluent English. Car parking at 500 yen per night behind the hotel. Free beverages at the lounge. Spacious room with sea view. Many restaurants within 10 mins walk. Discount shop Donki just 2 mins away. Very clean room and have an onsen on the too floor with very hot water. There is a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Worth to stay in this service apartment hotel again.

The rooftop pool!!!!!!! 🤩 Amazing 360 view over the city, sea and mountains. The spa a floor below is also great. Makes the visit worth it by itself.

This was such a sweet surprise. I had an evening to spend before meeting a friend in Beppu. I really liked this city and thought the lodging here was a great location, clean, big room, excellent onsen, and kind staff. Oita in general I feel like is a lot less touristed and has more of a local vibe. The restaurants were stellar and wish I could have spent more time here!

Near Oita station walk 150 meters with all facilities you needs. I like hot spar onsen free for use but pay only tax 300 yen per person

The location was great. Very close to the train station which had a mall and many shops. Hotel amenities were good.

Very worth the price ; location, room, facility and staffs - Room is very clean, big and i think the bathroom renovated not long ago - No drinking water provided in the room but there is water machine at 5fl.

Modern and huge (by Japanese standards) room with great staff.

We are on a bicycle. This motel is quite use to bicycles and had us store the bike in the lobby.

The Hotel is less than 5 mins walk from the station. Many great onsens within walking distance. The place was clean and always changed new towels and tooth brush,razors,etc almost daily. Staff was friendly and always greeted you when you come or leave.
