Hello! We are UNIQUE HOMES from Zushi, Kanagawa. We do a real estate business mainly, but also those kind of providing vacation rental house and co working share office. We love Shonan, Zushi, Kamakura and Hayama very much! and of course local gastronomy too. For asking travel information or consulting emigration are very welcome. We do support your starting Shonan life!

Property info

We have the vacation house in the town named “Kamakura koshigoe”, where still keeps a nice Showa (Japan’s era from 1926 to 1989) retro atmosphere. The beach located a minute walk distance from the accommodation, also the aquarium is not far from there. The house is all furbished and new facilities(kitchen, washing machine etc).It can be use for a long staying too. A room capacity is 2~4 people, but those rooms has a connected capability. Thats mean it can combine the next room each other. Guest can stay with 8 people maximally, so you can enjoy the precious time with your family or group together! If you would like to cook yourself, there are several choice of good local ingredients. Specially fresh sea foods! Please ask us for the local foodie place! ♪

Neighborhood info

Here we have some information about the place you have to visit in Shonan. Enoshima is the most famous place and easy for getting around, there is a good sea breeze you can feel. The island is good access from the station, most people go there on foot. Once you enter the island, you’ll see a difference in height. Actually, Enoshima was used for monks training in the old decade. Also there is a tower called “Sea Candle” which has a good observation point, so the place shows us several scenery for through a year. There is a also aquarium nearby Enoshima, its a good chance to see Marin life. And some more good thing is food! There are many restaurant specialized for local foods. If you need more information for enjoying meal, please ask us! And we highly recommend to use bicycle for look around, you can have a rent a bike from UNIQUE HOMES.
