ようこそ！敦賀駅近くのアパートメントホテルです。敦賀駅西口から徒歩８分、敦賀市の商業地域内にあり、隣はドラッグストア、また駅から当施設までの間にたくさんの飲食店舗があります。大型ショッピング施設のアルプラザ平和堂まで徒歩3分、アルプラザ内には無印良品もあります。 建物は令和７年９月に建てられたアパートメントです。敷地内に広い無料駐車場もあります。庭には様々な樹木が植えられています。 チェックインは15時～ですが、午前中から階下のカフェで荷物の預かりも行っています。 フルキッチン、洗濯機、ガス乾燥機など生活に必要なものは全て揃っているので旅行だけでなく短期長期の出張にもお勧めです。シングルベッド×2、折りたたみシングルベッド×1、ソファベッド×1で4人までご利用いただけます。 階下には彫金教室とカフェがあり、カフェの営業時間内であれば、コーヒーもしくは紅茶をサービスします。 カフェ内には図書コーナーがあり、彫金やアートに関する本を多数置いてあります。 ボードゲームも多数取り揃えています。カフェで貸し出しいたします。 歯ブラシ、石鹸、シャンプーセット等アメニティも充実しています。パジャマの貸し出しもあります（大人のみ） またチェックイン、チェックアウトもカフェで行います。こちらの都合もしくは夜遅い場合、無人チェックインになる場合がございます。暗証番号をメールで送ります。鍵は暗証番号タイプです。 敷地より徒歩1分にあるENEOSのガソリンスタンドを経営しています。宿泊客はガソリン10円引き(事前にお申し付けください)、またレンタカーの貸し出しもしています。近くのENEOSでカースタレンタカーを営業しています。(国内免許のみ)
