Perfect for families and groups – here’s why: 1.Spacious 3LDK layout – enjoy an entire house all to yourself. 2.A cozy living room with a 60-inch TV, perfect for fun movie nights together. 3.Fully equipped kitchen with cookware – enjoy cooking and dining as a group. 4.Drum-type washer & dryer available, making it easy to travel light. 5.Two free parking spaces, large enough for SUVs. 6.Family-friendly amenities such as a baby bath, kids’ dining chair, and child toilet seat for a comfortable stay with little ones. ◆ The bathroom and washroom are small. The bathtub is also compact, so this property is not suitable for those who prefer a spacious bath. ◆ As this is a countryside area, you may encounter spiders or other insects. We use repellents and take preventive measures as much as possible, but it is difficult to completely prevent them. Thank you for your understanding. ◆ Smoking is strictly prohibited. No use of fire is allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or even on the surrounding streets. If smoking is discovered, you may be asked to leave the property immediately. ◆ As this is a residential neighborhood, please refrain from making phone calls or chatting for long periods in front of the house or around the neighborhood.
