Traveling by train is highly recommended and very convenient. If you plan to arrive by car, you will need to use nearby coin-operated public parking lots (paid parking) around the station area. ■ Kawazu Cherry Blossoms (Spring Highlight) In spring, the world-famous "Kawazu Cherry Blossom Trees" bloom beautifully nearby. Strolling along the river under the vibrant pink cherry blossom tunnel is a magical experience exclusive to this location. ■ Rich Nature & Sightseeing A short trip will take you to the "Kawazu Seven Waterfalls" (Kawazu Nanadaru), where you can enjoy hiking surrounded by refreshing misty waterfalls. The beautiful coastline of Izu is also perfect for scenic views. Additionally, there are numerous local hot springs (Onsen) nearby, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. ■ Shopping & Dining Around the station, you will find local markets offering fresh seafood and regional produce, as well as cozy Izakayas (Japanese pubs) and cafes.
