A renovated old house, in a Japanese small setouchi town, built about 90 years ago, where you can stay as if you were living there. Kido, which opened in October 2023 after renovating an old house. It consists of 4 private rooms and a shared kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and toilets. It is a quiet and relaxing space, facing the Seto Inland Sea. There are two Western-style single rooms on the first floor, and two Japanese-style rooms on the second floor that can accommodate up to 3-4 people. There is no toilet and washroom on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped so that you enjoy cooking with Setouchi ingredients. There is a private parking lot for 2 cars, which is 30 seconds walk away. The bus stop is about 1 minutes walk. For public transportation, take the JR Ako Line from Okayama Station to Oku Station, then get off at the last stop of the city bus bound for Ushimado, which takes about an hour in total.

Ushimado is a scenic town filled with rich nature, scenery, and easygoing people, which once flourished as a port for waiting for the tide. Please feel free to come if you want to spend some time relaxing, travel with your family. You can also stay for a medium to long term.
