We have renovated and restored a traditional one-story Japanese house located in Tateyama City. There are many calm and beautiful beaches nearby, as well as restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood. We provide three bicycles for guest use—please feel free to ride them to nearby spots such as Okinoshima and Ōga Beach. As the house is located in a residential area, we kindly ask that large groups looking to drink and party refrain from booking. Barbecues and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Because of the natural surroundings, you may encounter insects not often seen in urban areas. We provide insect repellent and related items for your convenience—please make use of them. There is no parking available directly at the property, but guests may use a partnered parking lot about 150 meters away (free of charge). However, temporary parking in front of the property is allowed only for loading and unloading luggage. When doing so, please move the red “No Parking” poles and return them afterward. Please move your car promptly once you finish unloading. All bedding in this property consists of traditional Japanese futons; no beds are provided.
