“房间跟东京比算很大了双床也不小而且两个行李箱也完全摊得开，隔音挺好睡得很安心，厕所相比房间略小一点也不太碍事。 离会场就一站地铁也可以坐公交出行都很方便，徒步就有家小永旺买东西也方便，附近还有几家其他吃的店夜宵不愁。总体来说性价比很高”

“宿泊料金が都心のホテルに比べて格安でした。幕張本郷駅から近いので疲れずに済みました。総武線で幕張本郷駅から代々木駅で乗り換えて山手線を利用できます。都心まで1時間弱です。ホテルの近辺に松屋やミニストップ等のコンビニエンスストアがあるので、夕食を手軽にとることができました。”

“幕張メッセでのイベントに参加するため利用したが、行きも帰りもバスで10分程で、交通の便がとても良かった。（幕張メッセからの便は早い時間になくなるため、帰りは海浜幕張駅から乗った）しかも、バスで幕張本郷駅に帰る人はほんの僅かで、電車に乗る凄い人波から外れ、ゆっくり帰ることができた。 ２泊滞在したが、フロントの方が皆さん、感じが良かった。”
