We offer two types of accommodations: "Family Rooms (with kitchen)" suitable for groups or families of 3 to 7 people, and "Private Rooms" for 1 to 3 guests. (Amenities & Services: washing machine, refrigerator, free parking, luggage storage—free for children aged 5 and under—baby chairs, and complimentary ice.) *Complimentary luggage storage is available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on your check-in day.* Each room is lockable to ensure your privacy. As this is a standalone house, you can enjoy a comfortable stay without worrying about noise from neighbors or people living above or below you, as is often the case in apartment complexes. *Guests are permitted to visit, though certain rules apply. I have three children, all of whom are already independent; consequently, my mother and I are here to assist you in making your trip enjoyable. I am an active musician, born and raised in Kobe.
