Hotels near Sannomiya Station, Kobe

All the staff we encountered were so nice and kind. Super clean facilities and the convenience. We got off from the airport limousine bus, the hotel is 5 minutes walk. Lawson the convenience store is located right next to the hotel.

Location was perfect, appreciated our room being ready at 14:00, and it was clean, comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains, loved the massage chair

The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the station so getting there was a breeze. Check-in and check-out were painlessly simple. The staff were so extremely friendly, even though I spoke almost 0 Japanese. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and satisfying. I've read complaints about the room size and honestly as a solo traveller of 180cm, it was not an issue. The room was super comfortable and the washroom was adequate. Honestly the perfect place if you're planning to stay in and explore Kobe.

Close to station, and right next to a major shrine. Food obtainable from the restaurant on the 1st floor which provided excellent choices, especially of Kobe Beef.

Convenient location near the JR Kobe Sannomiya station. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast, nice onsen. Variety of parking lots around the hotel.

The sento was great! The view from the top floor is outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There always seemed to be someone on shift with good English making my time much easier.

Very clean, easy self-check-in, good breakfast, amenities to use as needed, great bathroom and shower with clothesline, nice view of city, good lighting, simple self-use luggage hold.

The place is amazing for anyone who would like to stay at a great hotel even if they don't know anything about Snoopy. The staff were very friendly and accommodated our food request because we needed Halal food. They offered all of the food options and were able to tell us all the ingredients so that we're sure and comfortable. They didn't mind us leaving our bags till the check-in time while we went to another place to start enjoying our day. When we came back, we noticed that they took our bags up to our room. The bags were very heavy even for us so it was a really great gesture. We received a big bag full of amenities and souvenirs that are all Snoopy themed. This was one of the greatest things they did. Breakfast was amazing and very fresh and came when we went to the dinner during our time slot. We'll definitely stay here again.

While the rooms may look a bit dated, I honestly have zero complaints. The room was incredibly spacious for the price, the hotel was the cleanest I’ve stayed at in Japan (which is saying a lot), the staff were exceptional, and the facilities were fantastic.

A short walk away from the main station with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Don quijote is just across the street from the hotel which my kids loved. Its also a short walk to our car rental station which is really convenient. The staff were helpful with recommendations. The beds were super comfortable and the room clean. Althought the toilet is small for a big sized person. The breakfast spread is limited but it had a nice variety for adults and kids. I love the vintage looking coffee machine. There is a water dispenser in the lobby where we were able to fill up our own bottles.

The location is excellent. The access to the trains is very good. There are plenty of things to see in the area. I loved the work area on the second floor.

The hotel has a wonderful location, great facilities and the staff were very helpful. We would stay here again!
