Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented at the time of check in.

The hotel cannot accept nor store any commercial goods or online purchases (packages, boxes, bags, cartons, gifts or similar) unless the recipient has registered with the hotel and is a staying guest.

Any deliveries purchased online and arriving at the hotel during the stay of the guest must be accepted and signed by the guest directly. The hotel cannot take any liability, payments, quantity and quality control on behalf of the guest. Storage space at the property is limited. The hotel reserves the right to charge separately for disposal of bulk items or large quantities of packaging/wrapping materials.

We do not have a dedicated parking lot at our hotel; however, we can direct you to our affiliated parking facilities nearby.

If you are arriving by car, please ask at the front desk upon arrival, and our staff will be happy to provide information about the affiliated parking options.
