Furano Ski Resort Kitanomine Zone is open from late December until late March, while Furano Ski Resort Furano Zone is open from late November until the first week of May. Kitanomine Zone is located in front of the property.

Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the hotel must make a reservation upon check-in.
