The birthplace of Soichiro Honda, the founder of the "world-renowned HONDA," in Tenryu Ward, Hamamatsu City, now welcomes “152INN”, a lodging facility designed for riders. Renovated from a 56-year-old vacant house, this whole-building rental along National Route 152 embodies the theme of “Ride and Play.” Equipped with an indoor garage, it serves as a base for breathtaking touring routes and welcomes riders from across Japan. This one-group-per-day hotel, based on the concept of “Ride and Play,” renovates a historic 56-year-old house. While preserving the design elements of the existing building, usability has been improved. A new built-in garage at the entrance allows guests to stay with their beloved motorcycles. The flooring uses Tenryu cedar, a local specialty, offering the refreshing scent of solid cedar, safe even for small children. Additionally, for larger groups, custom dining tables and chairs have been provided. The space extends flatly from the kitchen and dining area to the outdoors, allowing guests to stay while enjoying connections with family and friends.
