Grandir Villa is a townhouse. It is a detached two-story building with one room on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The large living room on the second floor has a balcony, offering a direct view of Mount Yotei. The villa comes with two private parking spaces and enjoys convenient transportation. It takes only 10 minutes by car to reach Niseko Hanazono and Hirafu, making it an ideal choice for families and small groups on vacation.
Zakk is a Niseko local, proficient in both skiing and snowboarding. With in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area and ski terrain, he can offer the best recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and activities.
Our property is located beside Route 5, offering convenient transportation. It is adjacent to the 24-hour Yamoka Restaurant and a convenience store. The largest supermarket in Kutchan, Maxvalue, is just a 3-minute walk away.
