"Panda Stay Okayama" is a condominium-style accommodation located in the center of the city, with the permission of the official Ryokan law from Okayama City. Groups and families of up to 4 people can spend comfortably by wholesale lease. The rooms have separate baths, toilets and washrooms, as well as kitchens, and you can bring in foods and drinks. Please spend a special time in the fancy interior space of panda. [About temporary reservations] As this inn is limited to one group, we ask that you make a reservation after your itinerary is confirmed. We ask that you refrain from making provisional reservations due to unconfirmed itineraries, reservations for multiple dates, and reservations that are held temporarily for a long period of time. [The following are things to be aware of before making a reservation] :　Our accommodation is located in the city center, so it may be noisy due to ambulances and other sounds. Also, as it is a wooden house, its soundproofing is inferior to that of a concrete building. We do not recommend it for people who are sensitive to noise. ：Smoking （Including electronic cigarette） is prohibited inside the building and on the surrounding streets. Please be aware that this is a very strict environment for smokers before making a reservation. ：Parties and drinking gatherings are prohibited. The area surrounding the inn is a residential area. Using the inn as a venue for drinking parties is prohibited. Also, there are elderly people living across from the entrance. Loud conversations around the entrance are prohibited, even during the daytime.

* About parking of motorcycles and bicycles・・・Motorcycles and bicycles cannot be parked around the inn. Street parking is also prohibited. Please note that motorcycles and bicycles will be parked at the bicycle parking lot (15 minutes on foot) around Okayama Station.
