“Staff provided professional service. Some were welcoming and kind. Breakfast was substantial, varied and delicious. And lastly, the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Sapporo Station but you must make a reservation first.”

“スタッフがみなさんとても親切で感じが良い。 遅くまで入れる大浴場があるの良かった！ 体調が悪く禁煙の部屋に変更して頂けたので本当に助かった。 種類が多いわけではないが朝食も毎日違うものが用意されており、カルピスもあり、嬉しい。コーヒーは部屋持ち帰りもできる 駐車場ありで他より安いので、長期で滞在の場合ありがたい。中心地からは離れてるが歩けない距離ではない。”
