I am Atoo and my normal profession is that of a Trade and Economic Advisor as well as Hotel Management. I enjoy meeting people from all cultures and I enjoy sharing experiences with them. Seaview Court is the only serviced apartment accommodation in Kobe that we know of that offers the following unique services for the guest’s comfort and ease to live in a home away from home. 1. We have apartments with an especially built-in playroom just behind our kitchen for small children filled with popular toys. Mom can cook peacefully while the kids are having a great time playing safely with their toys and mom has peace of mind. Many corporate executives stay with their small children due to this feature. 2. We offer guests superb hospitality that is nonexistent with other serviced apartments. We are available 24/7 to deal with any problem or emergency that may arise within minutes of notification. 3. We offer customized services to guests with special needs and requests to ensure that they are always comfortable and satisfied. 4. We clean your apartment and change the sheets weekly, but we can provide a vacuum cleaner broom, etc. Our cleaning is meticulous and superb and rated 8.5 out of 10. 5. A free use of our own POCKET WI-Fi for a month long stay, that you can bring anytime while exploring Kobe. In addition , -We have a first aid kit available in each room. -Our kitchen is complete with seasonings and spices that you can use if you wants to cook. Our apartment’s location is rated as 9.5 out of 10 by most guests. We are 7 minute's walk away from the Shin Kobe bullet train station. We are in a quiet peaceful upscale area only minutes away from the downtown city life. There is a 24/7 convenience store within a 5-minute walk from us and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk. We have a bus stop at the entrance of our building going to downtown Sannomiya, 2.2 kilometers away from the hub of our commercial area with city life. The bus takes 12 minutes and runs every 4/5 minutes. There is also an affordable parking lot only 20 meters from our building.
