“宿泊先の部屋から岩木山が見えて絶景でした。 バスタオルとタオルが新品なのか、とても清潔で良かった。 チェックアウト後、室内に忘れ物をした事に気付いて連絡をしたんですが、早急に対応してくれて、自宅への郵送もして頂きました。チェックアウト後に何度もメッセージのやり取りをしてくれ、尚且つ丁寧に対応してくれました。郵送してもらった忘れ物も丁寧に梱包されていて感動しました。 また中心街へもタクシー１メーターちょいで行けるので良かったです。”
