Unfortunately currently, there are three major problems in the rural areas of Japan: low birthrate and aging population, population decrease, many vacant houses. Situated only 5 minutes on foot from Futo station. You can see ocean all rooms and balcony. Free parking available for guests.(one car) My house is 10min walk from the nearest sea and 10min from the supermarket,nice onsen and 15min from convenience store,drug store. There are a lot of various tourist attractions and nice onsen in Ito city. cf. Mt.Oomuro(30min by train and bus),Lake ippeki(30min by train and bus),Jogasaki suspension bridge.

Futo was the backdrop of a animation and a famous video games. The sea of futo is the most beautiful in Ito there is very famous scuba diving spot.And if you will try to fish,the action of being able to catch a fish as soon as one throws in a line with bait.
