SYLA HOTEL HAKONE GORA WEST is only a few minutes away from Gora station and is the ideal retreat for those who want to explore Hakone and the nearby cities. This property was newly built in fall 2021 and has two separate apartments. The apartments are adjacent to each other, but have separate entrances, so you have full privacy. Both apartments come with a bathroom, two toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen with the latest electronic appliances. If you prefer to eat out, don't worry either - Gora has many restaurants ranging from Western to typical Japanese food, so you can most certainly find something to your taste. Both apartments have a smart lock for an easy check-in process. The code will be sent to you in a message prior to your arrival date, so make sure to check your mail. There is no staff at the premises, but should you need any assistance during your stay, you can reach out to our online concierge via message or phone. Free parking for guests is available at a 2 minute walk away from the property. Please note there is only one parking spot per room - please use a coin parking nearby if you come with more than one vehicle. Gora is easy to access by public transport as well. 【Regarding breakfast and dinner】 Breakfast and dinner can only be reserved at the time of your booking - unfortunately this option cannot be added after your booking has been completed. If your reservation includes meals, ingredients for breakfast and dinner are inside the fridge upon arrival. Breakfast includes three types of bread and one bottle of juice for each guest. For dinner, a variety of vegetables and regional Wagyu (Japanese beef) is provided to make your own sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot). In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver the ingredients due to unforeseen circumstances, the costs for the breakfast and dinner will be reimbursed. Additional costs may be charged after your booking has been completed in case the costs for ingredients have increased.

Gora is about 30 minutes away from Hakone-Yumoto, a famous onsen (hot spring) area within the Kanto region. It is easy accessible from Tokyo by public transport and a popular destination for short trips among both Japanese and foreign tourists. Gora has a nice park with fountain. You can enjoy the scenery all year round as it changes every season. In addition to hot springs, Gora is also known for its delicious food. We definitely encourage you to try some local dishes during your stay.
