“子どもの受験のために利用させてもらいました。ネット予約時には喫煙の部屋しか空いておらず、しかし他に良さそうなホテルもなかったことと、口コミの評価が良くて気になったたちばなさんに予約をさせてもらったのですが、チェックインの際にスタッフの方から、禁煙のお部屋が空いていることを教えてもらい、そちらのお部屋に替えていただきました。おかげで、子どもは気持ち良く受験直前の勉強ができ、夜もぐっすりと眠れたそうで感謝しています。朝食も、体や頭に良いメニューを考えて摂ることができました。”

“当初、喫煙ルームしか予約できなかったのですが、チェックインの際に禁煙ルームに空きができたみたで、変更してもらいました。（何とこころ優しい配慮♡）なんと言っても2つのスパ施設が近く、今回も同じく両方満喫しました。（提携プランとかあったらいいのに〜）居酒屋八剣伝も近く（意外と美味しい）、ととのいたい方、飲みたい方には最高のホテルです。あと、駐車場無料もありがたい。”
