This traditional Japanese house is nestled in nature. With the help of friends, we gradually renovated it, preserving its old charm while transforming it into a welcoming retreat. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Some rooms feature a collection of Japanese artwork. Complimentary bath amenities are provided for your comfort. You can catch a glimpse of the sea from the windows, and the coast is just a 5-minute walk from TASOGARE. Free parking is available on site.
My husband and I relocated to the nature-rich town of Kihoku and fell in love with its peaceful coastal scenery. Soon after, we discovered this traditional house, gradually renovated it, and proudly opened our dream guesthouse in November 2025. We also offer guided kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding tours on the calm sea, surrounded by uninhabited islands that can be seen from the guesthouse. We would be delighted to help you create unforgettable memories during your stay. Having studied in New Zealand, we are happy to assist you in English. As parents raising our children here, we run this guesthouse with warmth and care, hoping every guest feels at home. We truly look forward to welcoming you.
