[Summer is in full swing! Enjoy our cool pool with refreshing water at 28–29°C!] Step away from the everyday and enjoy a moment to truly unwind. Our villa offers a completely private resort experience. Relax by the peaceful pool, refresh your body and mind in the mist sauna, and end your day on the rooftop (sky terrace) while gazing at the stars. Because the space is entirely private, special moments, conversations, and smiles come naturally. Perfect for family stays, trips with friends, birthdays, anniversaries, or small group retreats. Accommodates up to 8 guests. Conveniently located about 45 minutes from central Tokyo. Pool usage is planned from April to November. Please note that the pool is heated using a heat pump, so during colder times, the water temperature may not reach the optimal level (e.g., 30°C). Guests under 18 are not allowed to stay alone. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. If a reservation is found to be made by minors only, it will be canceled without refund. Check-in is available until 9:00 PM. Late check-in is possible; however, responses may be delayed during late-night hours.

[Ushigome Coast Clam Digging Area | approx. 3 min by car] A popular seasonal spot where you can enjoy clam digging without bringing your own equipment. Available from late March to around July. Please check availability in advance. [Tokyo German Village | approx. 25 min by car] A spacious theme park you can explore by car. Known for seasonal flowers and beautiful winter illuminations.
