Three Maples is a renovated traditional Japanese house with a Mt. Fuji view and a quiet garden. The house offers simple, practical facilities rather than hotel-style luxury, and is best suited for international travelers who enjoy an authentic local atmosphere and independent stays. The house is located in a very convenient yet calm local area. Gekkouji Station is within a 5-minute walk, and trains from there go directly to Kawaguchiko, making it easy to access most major sightseeing spots around Mt. Fuji. A 7-11 convenience store, supermarkets, and local shops are nearby. Honcho Street, the iconic photo spot where a Showa-era street and traffic lights frame Mt. Fuji in the background, is within walking distance, and Chureito Pagoda can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. There are 2 private bedrooms: * Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (for 2 guests) * Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (for 2 guests) Up to 4 guests can stay comfortably using these bedrooms. For groups of 5 or more, additional Japanese futons will be prepared in the tatami area and shared spaces. Please note that futons are separate sleeping arrangements and not private bedrooms. Default setup: * 4 guests = 2 bedrooms * 5+ guests = 2 bedrooms + additional futons If you would like extra futons beyond the default setup, please contact us in advance regarding availability and additional fees. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with Japanese maple trees and a small pond.
